Problem Statement

One of the sweet brands with strong retail presence wanted to push their products better on their online ecommerce. They asked us around for ways to make it better.


We were not allowed to change the whole platform so the change was supposed to be something which should nto affect the platform in a very big way.



Solutions Provided

We came up with a way in which we provided a solution regarding the wallet system. We changed the way people can buy sweets by how the points are added to the wallet.


Everytime any customer bought a sweet it added the amount of calories that sweet had to the wallet. We also created a program where people can add in there fitness target which was connected to an AI system. It automatically allowed customers to make more informed decisions on buying sweets.


The bigger question was that if this could possibly decrease the sweets sales as prople might become more concious about number of calories they are consuming. Surely, that is a challenge and we had a system in place which made us earn money out of that situation as well.


We brought in more sweets which were charged more than normal ones but were more healthier and had lesser calories in comparison. Soon, we saw customers bringing in more people to platform through our refer healthy program.


We also instated a new system which allowed people to track fitness for their family and freinds and even gift things or plan it for them. Before we knew the sales were increasing at overly large rate.
