Problem Statement

Ever growing and Ever rising industry of automobiles do face challenge every year with sales. Most sales are driven either online or through showrooms.


We were approached by an automobile manufacturer to increase the sales per showroom across all the geographic locations.



Solutions Provided

Since, it was a large area to cover we might have consolidated the data and run through analysis on that. But, we did take the longer route as we wanted to ensure efficiency.


We took data across all the showrooms in all different regions. We ran through analysis on all of them seperately. We did split the data later on timelines where we analyzed data on sales cycle per customer.


It gave us wonderful insights in terms of how normally at different regions people are buying cars. Also, we did match it up with loan approval process along with important dates in that region when people buy the most.


We found the most interesting insights which allowed all the showrooms to target customers more on the emotional side and convie them to buy cars. We also helped to craete training guides for different regions to make the sales more effectively and delivered trainings for all regions (online and offline)
